We collect your email address when you sign in to your cabinet, and any files or links you upload as part of your project brief. We also collect basic usage data through our platform.
We use your email to send you magic links for authentication, project updates, and invoices. We use your project files exclusively to deliver your motion design project.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Project files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Any brand assets, UI screenshots, or files you upload are used solely for your project and are never shared, reused, or repurposed for other clients.
Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details. Please refer to Paddle's privacy policy for information on how they handle payment data.
We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@filmotion.co.
