Filmotion ("we", "us") provides motion design services including animated videos, UI animations, Lottie/Rive files, and brand videos. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in USD. Payment is required before work begins. Starter projects ($199) are one-time payments. Monthly subscriptions ($1,995/month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
We deliver motion design files digitally (MP4, GIF, JSON/Lottie). Delivery timelines are 1–3 business days for standard projects and 3–7 days for longer projects. Timelines are estimates and may vary.
Starter projects include 2–3 revision rounds. Monthly subscribers receive unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope.
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all delivered files. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets (logos, fonts, images, UI screenshots) you provide to us. We will not share, reuse, or repurpose your assets for any other project.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
