Filmotion ("we", "us") provides motion design services including animated videos, UI animations, Lottie/Rive files, and brand videos. By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in USD. Starter projects ($199) are one-time payments due before work begins. Monthly subscriptions ($1,995/month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. For Explainer and Custom projects, we send an invoice after reviewing your brief, and payment is due before work begins.
We deliver motion design files digitally (MP4, GIF, JSON/Lottie). Delivery timelines are 3-5 business days for Starter and Monthly plans. Other categories may take longer and are discussed after the brief. Timelines are estimates and may vary.
Starter projects include 2-3 revision rounds. Monthly subscribers receive unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope.
Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all delivered files. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any assets (logos, fonts, images, UI screenshots) you provide to us. We will not share, reuse, or repurpose your assets for any other project.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
